Member of the Month-April 2023

April is a busy month for everyone in the valley. There is way too much going on from spring break to music festivals. All the distractions make it harder to stay focused and continue being disciplined towards our fitness goals. Even with all the distractions, one of our members climbed to the top of the list of gym attendance. For the month of April we would like to recognize Adela's fitness efforts. She consistently trains four to five times per week very early in the morning. She is a go-getter, waking up at 4am to get her workout in. That takes a different level of commitment and motivation. Although Adela has longer days at work due to the tourism spikes throughout March and April, she puts herself first. As a result, Adela dropped 2% body fat in one month and her balance in a single leg stance improved by 200%. She feels more comfortable squatting with free weights and feels more confident standing from the floor without holding on to something for assistance. Due to her dedication and progress we are proud to recognize Adela as our April member of the month
